OK, Maybe I got you!
It's interesting to know that there are, in fact, miniature drones with cameras, which you can buy for around £70. Unfortunately they only operate for around 6 to 8 minutes and need to be very close to the operator to be able to recieve the video - 100 metres or so.

However, unlike some of the silly April Fool stories I've written in the past - Manx Cats and cameras and Pramwatch - I do think this April Fool story is one that will be a reality in the next few decades and I can only imagine the urgent debate that will ensue in respect to rights of privacy.
