The Crime Prevention Website

There’s an article in the Daily Telegraph today about the sorts of tricks used by scammers who target people using dating websites.  There are some sorry tales, and with Action Fraud telling us that they took 651 dating scam reports in the three months up to August, with the average victim losing around £10,000, it’s quite clearly becoming a problem.

According to the article, one in four adults will use a dating website at some point in their lifetime and so we need to ensure that people use their heads more than their hearts.
