Julia has brought my attention to this video from Thames Valley Police, which was launched as part of their ‘Consent is Everything’ campaign towards the end of October while we were away on holiday.
The video is unique insomuch that it compares asking someone if they would like a cup of tea to asking them if they would like sex.
I think the video’s message is a strong as the analogous tea and I hope it hits home to those who do not understand what consent really means.
This is another excellent and important initiative from Thames Valley Police.
