Well, it’s Monday and apparently at 11:17 this morning we will be feeling at our least happy! This is according to some study I heard about on Sky News this morning. Of course, that’s just an average finding and you could be feeling mighty low on Sunday night or maybe Tuesday afternoon. Nobody actually said why this finding is important or what use this knowledge might be put to, but maybe 11:17 hrs on a Monday is good time to visit my website and cheer yourselves up about crime prevention matters!
It’s pretty obvious for me that I buck the trend when it comes to Monday morning blues as this is my first day back onto the website and if anything I feel particularly happy!
I look to see what activity there’s been on the main site or the Facebook page and deal with the weekend’s emails and then start working out what stories I should run during the week. Very soon I’ll be planning another draw prize competition to win some light switch timers donated by our friends at Switched on Products and then I’ll be thinking about what to say about the 25th day of October (at 02:00 hrs) when we will have to turn our clocks back one hour and plunge ourselves into that awful period of earlier darker nights accompanied by that spike in burglaries.
So, be not unhappy at 11:17 today, but think instead about how you’re going to reduce the risks of burglary and theft around your home and put a smile back on your face!
You know it makes sense....
