Unfortunately it’s a sad fact that a few thousand of us will go away on holiday this year and come back to a burglary. It happens for all sorts of reasons and unluckiness does play its part, but further facts prove beyond doubt that it’s a lack of security and, in particular, no evidence of occupancy that make the real difference between being burgled or not.
