I’ve just been visiting Lancashire Constabulary’s new website and I am impressed! It’s neat and easy to navigate and (as I always focus in on the advice pages of police sites) I can confirm that this site has a lot of advice to offer.
Fortunately for us some of their advice pages include a link to The Crime Prevention Website, which is something I arranged with them last year when they were planning their new site, so it’s a big thank you to Lancashire Police for making that happen.
As it happens I’ve been doing a little work with Lancashire Police too; helping them put together a crime prevention guide for their beat officers and PCSOs, so I shall look forward to seeing how that pans out in the near future.
If you live in the area do please pay a visit to their new website and let your friends and neighbours know about it. A visit to your local police site from time to time will keep you up-to-date with local crime issues and by following their advice you won’t have to ring them if something goes wrong, because you would have prevented it!
