My ongoing plan to add further advice pages to this website sees the publication of some advice about caravans and trailers.
I fully admit that I’ve never owned a caravan or towed one and so I’ve had to rely on a little research and couple of friends who own them. If I’ve made some mistakes or missed something out do please get in touch with me with your contribution using the Feedback on this page link.
Losing a caravan is quite a low risk when compared to other crimes, such as burglary, but a risk nevertheless remains with between 1,600 and 4,000 being stolen each year from an estimated total of 500,000 in ownership.
