New page about Vehicle Parking published

I’ve recently added a new page for ‘vehicle parking’ in the Commercial Premises and Security section of this website. 

Over the next couple of months I will be adding further pages to complete a whole new section of advice, which I hope people will find useful. I’ve no doubt I’ve missed stuff, so if you happen to see some glaring errors do please get in touch using Feedback on each page.
