Once again I am indebted to Neil Henson, retired Police Sergeant in the London Metropolitan Police, for providing me with his latest articles for my Problem Solving Section, which is now complete!
This time, Neil looks at how organisations might recognise and reward the participants of a problem solving exercise and what they might want to do about sharing what they did with others.
I’ve provided a quick link to each article below.
The truth is that you can’t really solve a crime problem unless you thoroughly understand the problem and what is causing it and Neil’s articles clearly outline the steps you need to take to get from nowhere to somewhere.
Thanks Neil!
