It’s December and so it’s time for the next instalment of Neil Henson’s problem solving guide – Who Shares your Problem?
This month it’s ‘Negotiating the Changes’ where Neil talks about the time to start making the changes you’ve been planning. He makes the point that this isn’t going to be easy and so the article shows you how plan your actions, how you can get the agreement of others and how to manage events to reduce the chances of things going wrong.
I am very grateful to Neil for serialising his excellent problem solving guide on this website, because problem solving is very much the foundation for crime prevention solutions.
